We are currently seeking:

  • a mushroom farmer

  • a knife sharpening vendor

  • a breakfast/brunch food vendor

  • a vegetarian or vegan food vendor

  • someone who does small electronic repairs (vcr repairs, etc.)

  • microgreens farmer

  • an additional vegetable farmer

  • organic farmers

  • locally sourced ingredients

  • hand crafted cleaning solutions

  • musicians

Applications will be reviewed on the 1st and 3rd Fridays.

Kershaw County Farmers Market is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded on improving the lives of local farmers and the community by supplying a space for growers and consumers to come together regularly. Licenses

 You must have a Camden Business License to operate your business inside city limits. Home-based, mobile and online businesses are also required to have business licenses.

Fees for business licenses vary according to the type of business that you are operating. If you are opening a restaurant, food truck, or a business preparing food and beverages on site, you will also need to obtain a Hospitality Tax Reporting Form.

Application

The Kershaw County Farmers Market is dedicated to the creation and operation of a public market in downtown Camden, SC. It is intended to be primarily a farmer/growers market that uses a community friendly setting to promote and support local food production. Rules and regulations to govern the market have been established by the board and are a part of the vendor application.
